What materials does ThreeTrees use?
The jewellery sold on the website is 925 silver. Plating (white, gold or rose gold), pearls, natural stones and other materials are listed separately in the Material line and the name of each product. See also: What is 925 silver, and why does silver tarnish.
Do the real colours match the photos?
ThreeTrees does its best to show each product as accurately as possible. Colours may differ slightly due to lighting, screens and the handmade nature of each piece.
How do I choose the right size?
For rings, you can measure the circumference of your finger at home using our ring size guide and write the measurement (mm) in the notes box when ordering; ThreeTrees will check it and confirm the size when we call you back. For bracelets or other pieces that come in several sizes, please contact ThreeTrees or visit the store to be measured and advised before ordering.

How do I place an order?
Choose a product, tap "Add to bag" and then "Place order", and fill in your delivery details and payment method. Once you have ordered you will receive an order number; ThreeTrees will call to confirm before delivery. You can also call 024 3928 8725, message us on Facebook / Instagram or visit the store at 15 Nhà Thờ.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. You can order as usual without an account. If you would like to review your orders and have your details filled in next time, go to Account and enter your email and the 6-digit code ThreeTrees sends you; the website does not use passwords.
How is the delivery fee calculated?
The delivery fee and method depend on the delivery address and are stated clearly when your order is confirmed.
Jewellery care
Avoid long exposure of your jewellery to chemicals, perfume, cosmetics, seawater or damp conditions. After wearing, wipe gently with a soft cloth and store each piece separately to avoid scratches. For polishing, maintenance or repairs, bring the piece to the store or contact us first for guidance.
