ThreeTrees assigns member tiers based on your total spending on silver jewellery at our store at 15 Nhà Thờ (ground floor). Your tier is linked to your phone number. For orders placed on the website, ThreeTrees checks your tier and applies the benefit when calling to confirm the order; the website does not deduct anything automatically.
Benefits by tier

- Regular days: applies to every transaction that day.
- Member day (the 15th of each month): applies to 1 transaction that day.
- Birthday month: applies to 1 transaction on any day of your birthday month.
- Benefits cannot be combined: each transaction receives the single highest rate you qualify for.

Keeping your tier
12 months after your tier is assigned or renewed, ThreeTrees reviews it based on your total eligible spending over the most recent 12 months. If you reach the spending level to keep it, you keep your tier for another 12 months. If not, your tier drops by at most 1 level per review, and your accumulated total spending is kept. A lowered tier is restored when you reach the keep-tier spending level of the higher tier within the following 12 months.
You can see your tier on the Account page once your phone number has been verified.
