Receiving your order
Please check the condition of the package and compare the products with your order on receipt. If the packaging shows signs of damage or the product does not match your order, take photos and contact ThreeTrees for support.

You are responsible for providing an accurate name, phone number and address. Any extra costs from changing the address or redelivery will be communicated in advance, if applicable.
