Payment methods
- Cash on delivery for home delivery orders.
- Bank transfer: after you order, the order page shows a QR code with the amount and order number filled in. The only ThreeTrees account on the website: Vietcombank, account number 1069756688, account holder CTY TNHH THREE TREES GROUP.
- Pay in store when collecting at 15 Nhà Thờ: cash, card or bank transfer.
Transaction confirmation
Bank transfer orders are processed once the payment has been reconciled. Please check the recipient, amount and order number before transferring; we recommend including the order number in the transfer reference.
Payment security
ThreeTrees will never ask for your bank password, OTP code or financial login details. Do not transfer money to any account not confirmed by ThreeTrees. If you receive an unusual request, contact your bank and ThreeTrees immediately.
Adjustments or refunds
If an order needs adjusting or a refund is due, ThreeTrees will verify with you and explain how it will be handled before going ahead.
